Last Saturday, Revolutionary Irish Republicans and Palestinian Solidarity Organisations held a militant demonstration against the visit of British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer to Ireland.
Scores attended the event on O’Connell Bridge and defiantly flew the flags of the Irish Republican and Palestinian National Resistance Movements.
Those in attendance sent a clear message that the Occupation of Ireland and Palestine will be resisted and that British Imperialism will be held accountable for their ongoing crimes in both countries.
While the event was monitored by the Free State Special Branch and at least 3 units of the Riot Squad, the demonstration received a lot of support from Irish Fans on the way to Landsdowne Road and 200 leaflets outlining the reasons for the demonstration were handed out.
