Wicklow Marks 50th Anniversary of Bloody Sunday

Over the past week Activists from Anti Imperialist Action have been erecting posters around Co. Wicklow to mark the 50th anniversary of Bloody Sunday 1972.

On January 30th, 1972 the British Army’s elite butchers 1 Para’ murdered 14 people in the Bogside.
13 anti internment marchers were shot dead on the day.

Along with the Bloody Sunday posters, AIA activists also erected posters calling for Imperialist butcher Mike Jackson to be jailed for war crimes and Fuck Soldier F posters.

Mike Jackson is the former head of the British army who was the Adjutant of 1 Para’ in Derry on Bloody Sunday.

Brit Para – Soldier F, widely named as David Cleary, is responsible for murdering at least 4 innocent marchers and wounding another 4 in Derry on Bloody Sunday.

Jackson and Cleary were also part of the British Paratroop Regiment who murdered 11 innocent civilians in the Ballymurphy massacre in Belfast, between August 9 and 11, 1971.’

There is No British Justice in Ireland
