Our Line
Anti Imperialist Action Ireland extends our solidarity to the Palestinian National Resistance and to all the Palestinian people. In particular we extend our fraternal and revolutionary greetings to our comrades, the Popular Front For the Liberation of Palestine and the Abu Ali Mustafa Martyrs Brigades who are playing a leading role in the Resistance effort.
Anti Imperialist Action Ireland stands firmly behind Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. 75 years after the Nakba inflicted on Palestine by International Imperialism and its Zionist Puppet, the Al- Aqsa Flood has shown the world that the Palestinian People have not been defeated. The fight for Freedom in Palestine has not and can never be extinguished and has once again exposed the brutality and oppression of the Illegal Zionist Occupation.
As in Ireland, what we are witnessing in Palestine today, is a war for National Liberation against Colonial Occupation. For Palestine now, this is a life or death struggle. All support must therefore be given to the Resistance. Calls for a ceasefire and for peace at a time when the Palestinian Resistance are laying down their lives for National Liberation are in effect calls to side with the Zionist Entity and Imperialism. The Resistance must continue until victory, and we must support it.
Anti Imperialist Action believes that the only road for peace in Palestine is through the victory of the National Liberation struggle and the establishment of a secular, Palestinian Socialist Republic where the Arab and Jewish people are not divided by artificial considerations and can live together.
Calls for peace without Freedom or a two-state solution are in reality calls to prolong the suffering and oppression of the Palestinian people who can only win freedom through the Resistance.
The PFLP have argued that ‘The only language that the enemy understands is the language of revolutionary violence. The armed struggle is the main curriculum for our protracted conflict that we are waging against occupation…’
What We Have Done:
Since being established in 2017, AIA has been to the fore in supporting the Palestinian Resistance and by developing links with the Resistance and particularly the PFLP, AIA have been in a position to give a revolutionary line on the question of Palestine to people in Ireland.
In that time we have organised pickets, demonstrations, sit ins, public talks and educationals on Palestine. In 2018 we were honoured to host a public talk in Dublin with the iconic Palestinian Resistance leader Leila Khaled of the PFLP. We have organised in support of Palestinian Prisoners, and maintained an ongoing campaign to promote the Boycott of Zionist Goods and Companies. On numerous occassions our activists have taken direct action in support of Palestine.
As recently as Monday October 10, our activists led a militant demonstration at the zionist embassy and one member was arrested for covering it in paint and will faces charges in the Free State Court. We salute the actions of this member and call for all supporters of Palestine to be prepared to take a similar stance in the time ahead.

Take a stand and join us in the campaign.
The situation then is clear. On one side stand the Palestinian People, the Resistance and the Revolutionary and Anti-Imperialist people of the world. On the other stands Zionist Terrorism, US and British Imperialism, NATO and all their lapdogs who aim to keep the Palestinian People under Occupation to maintain a foothold for Imperialism in the Middle East. Therefore the fight for National Liberation in Palestine is not just a Palestinian fight, but a war for all the Revolutionary and anti Imperialist Peoples of the world.
The Palestinian Resistance has developed a Broad United Front to wage its war for National Liberation. AIA calls for the development of a United Front in support of Palestine and the Resistance here in Ireland, to coordinate and strengthen the campaign of Solidarity here.
The only position for Republicans, Socialists, and progressives in Ireland is to give full support to Operation Al-Aqsa Flood and to the Palestinian Resistance. This is the only position Revolutionaries can take, and this line must be taken up and expressed wherever there are protests and events in support of Palestine so as reformist and pro zionist lines can be defeated in Ireland. We must stand with the Resistiance against the crimes for Zionism and Imperialism in Palestine by taking concrete action in Ireland to give material support to the struggle in Palestine.
We call on all Republicans, Socialists and Progressives to take to the streets to support the Palestinian Resistance and join us in developing a united front on this question. Take part in or organise demonstrations in your town or city. Organise a talk or film showing in support of the Palestinian Resistance in your workplace, school or college. Speak to your family, friends, and neighbours about the need to Boycott all Zionist Goods. Refuse to buy them and raise it with the shops that stock them. Raise the slogans of the Palestinian Resistance and take direct actions to highlight the companies that operate in Ireland that support the Zionist Embassy. Raise your voice for the Resistance until victory! Flood Social Media with the reality on the ground in Palestine and wage constant arguement against the lies of Zionism and Imperialism in the media.
In the words of the martyred PFLP leader Ghassan Kanafani, ‘The Palestinian cause is not just a cause for Palestinians, but a cause for every revolutionary, wherever they are, as a cause of the exploited and oppressed masses in our era!’
Let Irish Republicans and Revolutionaries rally to that call and not be found wanting!
